What is your shipping policy?

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Digital items will be available for instant download upon purchase unless otherwise stated in the listing description.

DOMESTIC

A flat rate of $3.50 will be charged for all orders within the United States, plus $0.50 per item.

For example, if you purchase 5 items your shipping total would be $6.00. 

I use USPS as my shipping carrier. I purchase shipping labels based on the size of the package and the weight. Since I use a  flat rate for shipping, if your order does not cost this much to ship I will refund the overcharge, if the amount exceeds $3.00, to the card you used for the purchase. 

These rates are subject to change as postage rates may fluctuate. The updated shipping total can be viewed in your shopping cart. 

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is an option for some countries at checkout. A flat rate estimated postage cost will be applied to your order at checkout. Postage rates are continually changing and this flat rate is just an estimate. Your order may be subject to additional shipping charges before BB Henry Art will send your order. These charges will be invoiced to you. All charges must be paid before your order will be sent.

International shipping is not an option at checkout for every country, but I am more than happy to ship internationally. If you are from outside the United States and would like to purchase one of my items, please email me at brooke@bbhenryart.com with your mailing address and the items you are interested in. I will create a custom listing for you with shipping costs priced out to your country. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BB Henry Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at brooke@bbhenryart.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At this time, I do not accept returns. I do my best to accurately portray all the items that I sell and make. Please read through the descriptions and look at the listing photos closely. Feel free to reach out to me at brooke@bbhenryart.com with any questions you may have about any of my products or courses and I will be more than happy to answer to the best of my ability.

Digital items and online classes are available for instant access after purchase. Therefore, no returns or refunds will be accepted as access to the content has already been granted. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at brooke@bbhenryart.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
