Tackling Indecision - "Mismatch" Prompt - 5 Minute Challenge
5 Minute Art Challenge - Day 13 - Prompt: Mismatch
hosted by: The Ugly Art Club
Today's Ugly Art Club challenge prompt was "mismatch," and I have to admit, it had me feeling a bit stumped. Sometimes, not every prompt resonates, and that's okay. I decided to take whatever inspiration I could gather and just run with it. I decided to create a spread with two competing themes, merging them into a cohesive yet mismatched piece of art. It was a bit of a creative puzzle, but I loved the problem-solving aspect of it!

I found myself experimenting with different textures and colors, pushing myself out of my comfort zone to create something unique. I think over time, the more that we're creating, the more that we're playing in different forms of inspiration, the more comfortable we’ll be in the future making quicker decisions where we're not overthinking quite as much.
Have you ever stepped out of your artistic comfort zone to experiment with a new technique or style? How did it turn out?
