How to Make Art Tags from Trash

Sometimes I feel a bit like a scavenger/hoarder because I see so much potential in throwaway objects! I like to say it isn’t bad behaviour if I find ways to use them. Sometimes the solution won’t come into view for a couple of years, but this one is pretty easy!

I always save tags from my clothes if they are a nice quality. You know the ones that I’m talking about - the nice, thick sturdy ones that are either tied or pinned on. I sometimes feel like a kid that is more excited about the box rather than the present that came in it. 😂

Watch and create along with me as I take one of these tags and turn it into an art tag for my daily journal. Keep it simple like I did and pull scraps from your desk and start gluing!

What’s something you like to save for art that causes non-art folks to look at you funny?
