Breaking Boundaries: Journaling Beyond the Page

Play Along Journal Series Week 33

One of the highlights of this particular page was the flip-out feature. It gave me the opportunity to experiment with a longer space and create something special. If I were to do this page over, I would’ve added more patterns with collage before drawing the stem and leaves in the mustard journal. The beauty of art journaling is that we can learn and grow from each page.

So, my fellow creatives, I encourage you to fearlessly try new techniques, incorporate unexpected elements, and adapt your artistic vision. Whether it's embracing the unknown or finding balance in asymmetry, art journaling offers boundless opportunities for self-expression and growth. Remember, it's not just about the end result; it's about the joy of exploration and embracing the creative process.
