Easy Techniques for Abstract Art Journal Spread

Hey friends! This week I am showing you how to easily use different supplies and interesting fabrics to add texture and create a simple, stunning art journal spread.

In this video, I started out by adding a little bit of stenciling, using one of my favorite stencils from Donna Downey (linked below!) I also added some drywall tape which is a quick and easy way to add an interesting texture to the page. Then, I grabbed an eye-catching piece of fabric and started working it into my art journal. I treated it just like another piece of paper to add a different texture and dimension to the page.
